Will CTOx manage all billing and payroll?

We handle all payroll and billing for candidates and your clients if you prefer. With our strict non-compete agreement, we won't engage your clients without your permission, leaving you in full control while easing much of the administrative burden. This allows you to focus on executing as a fractional CTO.

How does the CTOx Talent process work?

We support you throughout the entire hiring process, from identifying needs and setting budgets to managing full-time, part-time, contract, nearshore, onshore, or offshore talent. We handle everything from start to finish and even bill your clients directly on your behalf. Plus, we offer a 5% kick-back of the bill rate on a quarterly basis.

What mix of talent and costs can I expect?

We recommend a blend of nearshore, onshore, and offshore talent, combining the advantages of full-time and contract roles. Contract roles can offer significant savings compared to full-time positions, as well as optimize capital expenditures versus operational expenses. This mix helps you stay ahead in the evolving technology landscape. For each client, Lior suggests aiming for an average cost of $75 per hour for each resource.
